The City of Barrie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide a proven Recreation Registration and Booking Software that is a Commercially Available Off-The-Shelf (“COTS”) Software as a Service (“SaaS”) solution, hosted in the cloud, and compliant with all requirements of this RFP (the “Solution”). The Solution will be used by the City’s Recreation and Culture Services Department to process program registrations, membership enrollments, issue facility rental permits, manage customers, and offer a robust reporting suite. * Electronic Submissions Only.
