This Request for Information (RFI) led by the City of Vaughan is being conducted on behalf of Ontario municipalities, to gather sector-wide market intelligence to support the development of Domestic Supply Chain Plans (DSCPs) for capital infrastructure work in accordance with the Municipal Buy Ontario Procurement Directive issued pursuant to the Buy Ontario Act (Public Sector Procurement), 2025, S.O. 2025, c. 27, as amended.
