The purpose of this RFPQ is to obtain submissions from general contractors to determine those that are qualified to undertake the general contractor’s scope of work for the new build of the Wastewater Innovation Centre project as further explained in Appendix B of the RFPQ. A pre-qualified supplier list will be developed based on the outcome of this RFPQ process. Those on the list will be invited to an invitational second-stage competitive process to bid on the scope of work. Only those that are on the pre-qualified supplier list will be eligible to bid in the invitational second-stage competitive process. * Electronic Submissions Only.
