The City of Barrie is seeking quotations from qualified and responsive contractors for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials, including fuel, necessary to provide snow clearing and related winter maintenance activities such as weather monitoring, sweeping, de-icing, snow removal and disposal as described in the RFQ document for various municipal facilities during the Winter Control Season.
