The City is looking for an experienced and licensed boat repair mechanic (the “Licensee”) to provide boat repairs for patrons of the City of Barrie's marina as further described in the RFQ. The City will allow the Licensee to provide its services and advertise its business on the Licensed Lands in exchange for a License Fee as described in Appendix C of the RFQ.
