The City is requesting bids from qualified HVAC contractors to complete the work required for the 56 Mulcaster Street HVAC Replacement project as further described within the ITT Particulars and attachments. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of four (4) existing rooftop units and the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of new Variable Flow Refrigeration (“VRF”) solution as specified in the bid documents. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the bid documents and Bids & Tenders and submit their questions in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response from the City before the Submission Deadline. * Electronic Submissions Only.
