Description: 

The City is seeking to retain a qualified consultant to undertake the development of a Water and Wastewater Financial Plan and Rate Study in accordance with Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 453/07 (as amended) under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 32. The intent of the rate study is to analyze the water and wastewater operations and capital costing, reserve requirements and other expenditures to propose reasonable and fair water and wastewater rates for the City that promotes equity, sustainability and efficiency.
