This ITT has an irrevocable period of 120 days. The City has extended the irrevocable period due to 2023 budget approval. In the event that this project is not approved, FIN2022-165T will be cancelled.

In responding to this ITT, Bidders acknowledge that the Project may be cancelled if budget approval is not obtained and agree to release the City from any claim that may arise as a result of the Project being cancelled for budgetary reasons.
