The Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Barrie (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to form an integrated project delivery team who will be responsible for delivering the New Transit Mobility Hub and Downtown Mini Hub project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP intends to select one (1) proponent who will take on the responsibilities of the Process Lead during the project as described within the RFP and its attachments. It is strongly recommended that proponents review the RFP, its attachments, and the Bidding System and submit their questions well in advance of the Question Deadline to receive a timely response from the City. * Electronic Submissions Only.
