The work to be completed under this Contract (the “Works”) consists of providing a new Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System to replace the existing TrojanUV Swift 12 Gen 1 Unit, which was installed in 2003 at the John St. Well Pump Station located on 217 John St., Barrie, Ontario L4N 2L4. The Successful Bidder (the “Contractor”) is responsible to complete all connections, temporary works, coordination, permits, material supply, handling and storage, all in accordance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Park (MECP), and City requirements.
