The intent of this RFP is to retain a consulting engineering service provider and their team with extensive experience in design, seeking approvals, preselection and prepurchase, and provide Contract Administration (CA) and Resident Inspection services during Construction and up to warranty completion for the PD4 project, as described within. The location of the WwTF is at 249 Bradford Street, Barrie, Ontario.
