The City of Barrie is seeking proposals from qualified design-build entities to enter into a CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract as the Design-Builder to undertake the design and construction required to replace the Downtown Library surrounding hard and soft landscaping and provisionally, landscaping at John Edwin Coupe Park. The Downtown Library and the John Edwin Coupe Park are both located at 60 Worsley Street in the City of Barrie, Ontario.
It is strongly recommended that proponents review the RFP document, insurance requirements (GC 11, Appendix A), attachments, and the Bidding System and submit their questions well in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response from the City.
