* Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * The City of Barrie (the “City”) has a requirement for an experienced and competent provider to supply and deliver turf grass seed products. The City reserves the right to refuse turf grass seed products that do not meet the City’s requirements as specified under section “7. Material Specifications (MS)”. The contract is effective upon execution of the Agreement (the “Effective Date”), while goods will primarily be required annually from March 1st to October 31st (the “Operating Season”).
