The City requires an experienced and qualified professional or firm to provide a non-destructive, vibration-based structural health monitoring (SHM) assessment of the Lockhart Rail Bridge (44.326454, -79.668915). The objective is to evaluate the bridge’s global structural condition and identify potential deterioration or stiffness loss without requiring existing design drawings or blueprints as reliable blueprints for this bridge are not available.
