The City is looking to obtain the services of a qualified Consulting Engineering firm with experience and expertise in municipal infrastructure, with specific expertise in the design of municipal roads, culverts and watercourse crossings for the Welham Road Functional Design. The selected proponent will provide consulting services to establish the preferred alignment, functional design and protected land envelope for the extension of Welham Road from Mapleview Drive East to the City’s southern boundary. * Electronic Submissions Only.
