This Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Barrie (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide General Contractor Prequalification for the North Shore Trail as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is pre-qualifying General Contractor(s) to participate in a potential second stage competitive process for the North Shore Trail Project. In the event that only one (1) General Contractor is prequalified through this prequalification process, the City reserves the right to issue another prequalification process or go directly to an Invitation to Tender (ITT). * Electronic Submissions Only.
