This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Barrie (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Traffic Signal, Street and Parking Lot Lighting Work as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). The work under this roster includes construction, installation, modification, repair, and related electrical services for traffic signal systems, traffic control devices, roadway illumination systems, municipal parking lot lighting not supplied through a City facility or building electrical system, and associated electrical infrastructure within the City of Barrie, including infrastructure owned by, operated by, maintained by, or intended to be assumed by the City.
