The City seeking quotations from responsible and responsive Commercial Property Maintenance companies who have the capacity to provide all labour, materials, fuel, and equipment necessary for the provision of grass cutting and turf and landscape maintenance services as further described in the RFQ document. This RFQ has four (4) different parts grouped by different City department locations requiring these services. Respondents may submit pricing for a part, or any combination of parts identified in Appendix D – RFQ Particulars. Respondents are strongly encouraged to review the RFQ document and attachments, including the insurance requirements in Appendix A, and submit their questions in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response from the City before the Submission Deadline. * Electronic Submissions Only.
