The City is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to complete the repairs and/or replacement of the parking lots identified in the ITT documents and its attachments for the following locations:

  • Peggy Hill Team Community Centre located at 171 Mapleton Avenue
  • Allandale Recreation Centre located at 190 Bayview Drive

It is strongly recommended that bidders review this ITT document, its attachments, insurance requirements, and the Bidding System and submit their questions well in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response from the City.
