The purpose of this RFPQ is to obtain submissions from roofing contractors to determine those that are qualified, have relevant experience, and the resources required to undertake the types of projects identified in the RFPQ, Appendix B, Section A, Subsections 4 and the planned projects identified in Section 6. The City intends to shortlist seven (7) respondents to be on a prequalified supplier list. Those on the prequalified supplier list will be invited to an invitational second-stage competitive processes to bid on future roofing restoration and replacement projects. Only those that are on the prequalified supplier list will be eligible to bid during the invitational second-stage competitive processes. * Electronic Submissions Only.
