The purpose of this ITT is to obtain bids from qualified and experienced contractors for asbestos-containing material (“ACM”) abatement and interior and exterior renovations at the Allandale Recreation Centre (“ARC”) located at 190 Bayview Drive, Barrie, ON. The successful bidder shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work described in this ITT and its attachment. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review this ITT, its attachments, the Bidding System, and view the photos, virtual tour and/or visit the site and ask questions in advance of the Question Deadline. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to conditions which would reasonably have been ascertained by review of the bidding documentation and an inspection of the site. * Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * |
