The City of Barrie aims to ensure a vibrant waterfront experience for visitors and residents alike, encouraging use of the waterfront and surrounding parks for both active and passive enjoyment, while supporting economic activity in the downtown. To achieve that objective, the City is seeking a vendor to provide a membership based boat club service at the City’s waterfront and marina, as further explain in the RFP document.
