The City of Barrie's City Hall will be undergoing interior renovations in order to provide it's visitors and employees with an improved functional and modern environment. The
purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to obtain submissions from General Contracting companies to
determine those that are qualified to undertake the proposed City Hall Interior
Renovations to enter into a Stage II bidding opportunity for three (3) floors over the next three (3) years as further detailed in the RFSQ document. The award of the Contract for the subsequent construction of the Proposed Work is subject to Council approval, budgetary constraints and the obtaining of all required permits. |
