The City of Barrie’s Recreation Department offers hundreds of diverse programs and services to the community. To promote these programs and services the City publishes two (2) annual Recreation Guides, one (1) for Fall/Winter programs and one for Spring/Summer programs and one (1) annual Summer Camps Planner. The City is seeking proposals from qualified and skilled vendors for the design, layout, printing and distribution services of these guides and planner.
