The City is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced design-build entities to serve as the Design-Builder for this Project under a CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract. The selected proponent will be responsible for delivering the full scope of work as outlined in this RFP and its attachments. The scope includes the complete design and construction services necessary to remove, redesign, and replace the facility’s primary HVAC systems. The Design-Builder shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the Work. * Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * |
