This RFP is an invitation by the City to prospective proponents to submit proposals to act as the Prime Consultant and provide consulting and design services for the renovation of Barrie City Hall as further described in this RFP. The Prime Consultant shall be responsible for the provision of design development, construction documentation, and contract administration for the renovations of eight (8) floors at Barrie City Hall and one (1) floor at 56 Mulcaster Street, which is adjacent to City Hall. It is strongly recommended that proponents review the RFP, its attachments, and the Bidding System well in advance of the Questions Deadline to gain a full understanding of the City’s requirements as stated in this RFP and receive a timely response from the City and develop their proposals in accordance with the RFP timelines. * Electronic Submissions Only.
