The City of Barrie’s Fire & Emergency Service department ("BFES") requires a contract for new station wear clothing and is seeking submissions from qualified and responsible proponents to submit a quotation in response to this RFP. The objective of this RFP is to contract with one (1) Supplier to supply and deliver National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”) 1975, 2019 edition “Standard on Emergency Services Work Apparel” compliant and UL-Certified, Nomex IIIA Station Wear in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. Shortlisted proponents will be required to send sample station wear for a wear test by BFES staff. Please see the RFP, Appendix D, F.
