The City is seeking proposals from prospective engineering firms to conduct comprehensive facility condition assessments on all City facilities. Proponents will be required to provide detailed reports in accordance with ASTM E2018-24, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process, or latest version as applicable, as well as general facility condition assessment guidelines and industry best practices. These assessments and reports will support the City in optimizing capital and operating expenditures, establishing corporate priorities, and effectively evaluating risk. * Electronic Submissions Only.
