The purpose of this RFPQ is to obtain submissions from general contractors to determine those that are qualified to undertake the general contractor’s scope of work for the Allandale and Downtown Transit Mobility Hub project. A pre-qualified supplier list will be developed based on the outcome of this RFPQ process. Those on the list will be invited to an invitational second-stage competitive process (“Stage II”) to bid on the scope of work. Only those that are on the pre-qualified supplier list will be eligible to bid in Stage II. It is strongly recommended that respondents review this RFPQ documents, its attachment, and the Bidding System to submit their questions well in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response from the City and to understand the requirements of this RFPQ fully before the Submission Deadline. * Electronic Submissions Only.
