* Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * The City of Barrie (the “City”) is seeking an experienced and qualified respondent (the “Contractor”) to supply all labour and equipment necessary to grind or cut vertical discontinuities in concrete sidewalks and curbs. The work shall include but is not limited to mechanical grinding or cutting to repair vertical discontinuities in concrete sidewalks and curbs at various locations throughout the City using a digital mapping tool provided by the City to record the ongoing progress of the concrete sidewalk and curb repairs (the “Work”). All Work completed under this contract shall be in accordance with the latest version of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS), Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD), and the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 7 Temporary Conditions. The contract is effective upon execution of the Agreement (the “Effective Date”), while services will primarily be required annually from April 15th to the last Wednesday of October (the “Operating Season”). |
