The intent of this Request for Quotation is to obtain quotations from accountable and responsive contractors for the provision of all equipment, labour and materials necessary to provide on-call snow clearing services for the entire Winter Control Season at various locations throughout the City of Barrie in accordance with the RFQ document and its attachments.
