The purpose of this ITT is to obtain bids from the invited pre-qualified suppliers from the outcome of the Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications # FIN2024-224PQ Roofing Contractors for Restoration and Replacement Projects to complete the work described in this ITT and its attachments. to the successful bidder (the “Contractor”) shall provide all materials, labour, and equipment necessary for the roof replacement at Peggy Hill Team Community Centre located at 171 Mapleton Avenue, Barrie, Ontario, L4N 8T6. The City will only accept bids for this ITT from the pre-qualified suppliers on the City’s pre-qualified supplier list developed at the outcome of the Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications # FIN2024-224PQ Roofing Contractors for Restoration and Replacement Projects, reiterated as follows:
