The purpose of this ITT is to obtain bids from the invited pre-qualified suppliers, established from the outcome of the Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) # FIN2024-224PQ Roofing Contractors for Restoration and Replacement Projects, to complete the work described in this ITT and its attachments. The successful bidder (the “Contractor”) shall provide all materials, labour, and equipment necessary for the roof replacement at Barrie Fire Headquarters (“Barrie Fire HQ”) located at 155 Dunlop Street West, Barrie, Ontario. The City will only accept bids for this ITT from the pre-qualified suppliers on the City’s pre-qualified supplier list developed at the outcome of the Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) # FIN2024-224PQ Roofing Contractors for Restoration and Replacement Projects, reiterated as follows:
