This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Barrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a WwTF Evacuation Notification System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Barrie Wastewater Operations Branch (“WWOB”) has the need to replace the current evacuation system at the Wastewater Treatment Facility (“WwTF”) located 249 Bradford Street, Barrie ON L4N 2B7. The Evacuation system must comply with current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 820 Standard requirements for Wastewater Treatment and Collection Facilities with the capability of operating below grade in tunnel systems and within concrete/brick structures. * Electronic Submissions Only.
