The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design-build entities to serve as the Design-Builder for this Project under a CCDC-14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract. The selected proponent (the “Design-Builder”) will be responsible for delivering the full scope of work as outlined in this RFP and its attachments.
