The intent of this RFP is to secure a long-term contract with one firm where the City receives a guaranteed minimum annual payment based on a percentage of advertising sales revenues from all revenue gain from the sale of Light Emitting Diode (“LED”) digital monitors advertising, dasher board advertising, and ice machine wrap advertising. The City is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified advertising agencies to supply, install, and maintain LED monitor media display units, dasher board (rink board) advertising, and advertising wraps for ice resurfacing machine wrap advertising within its recreation facilities and other city facilities as further described in the RFP document. The City requires fifteen (15) electronic digital media display units, has five (5) ice resurfacing machines, and dasher board (i.e., rink board) in seven (7) arena facilities that require advertising services at a minimum under this contract. The Supplier shall solicit, secure, coordinate, and manage electronic and static advertising within designated facilities on behalf of the City. * Electronic Submissions Only.
