The purpose of this ITT is to obtain bids from the general contracting firms on the City’s pre-qualified supplier list to complete the work for the new construction of the Barrie Allandale Transit Terminal located at 20 Essa Road and the Downtown Connection Hub located on Maple Avenue. The City’s pre-qualified supplier list was developed at the outcome of the Request for Supplier Qualifications # FIN2023-137PQ General Contractors for the New Construction of the Allandale and Downtown Transit Mobility Hub, reiterated as follows:
