The City is seeking an innovative IPD Project Team that possesses the skills and experience required to undertake the delivery and development of Barrie Operations Master Plan Implementation Project consisting of two primary parts. Part 1 is the redevelopment of the existing Operations Centre site located at 165 Ferndale Drive, North in Barrie. Part 2 is the new development of a South Satellite Operations Yard including Waste Transfer Station at a site to be selected. The IPD Project Team will be responsible for the provision of Validation Phase, Design/Pre-construction Phase, Construction Phase, close-out, and associated site, due diligence, and legislative requirements necessary for success of the project. * Electronic Submissions Only.
