* Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * The City is seeking proposals from qualified landscape architectural firms to provide consulting services for the North Shore Trail - New Access Points & Drainage Improvements Project. The successful proponent (the “Consultant”) is responsible for designing new access points and pathways to the North Shore Trail and the Kempenfelt shoreline from three (3) site locations in the vicinities of Kempenfelt Park, St. Vincent Park, and Nelson Square. The Consultant shall conduct sites analyses, develop conceptual designs, contribute to and support the City’s community engagement initiatives, undertake design development, and prepare detailed design and tender drawing packages and associated documents (such as cost estimates, specifications and other relevant materials). In addition to the design of new access points, the Consultant is to address existing drainage and slope stabilization concerns in the vicinity of the three (3) identified site locations |
