The City of Barrie is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced companies for the provision of all equipment, labour and materials necessary to provide backflow device testing and maintenance services and cross connection surveys as further identified in the RFQ. All work on backflow devices must be completed by a qualified person as defined in the City of Barrie Backflow Prevention & Cross Connection Control By-law, By-law No. 2017‑121 (2017), as amended, included as Attachment 1 - Backflow Prevention & Cross Connection Control Bylaw. * Electronic Submissions Only.
