This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Barrie on behalf of the Integrated Project Delivery Team for the Operations Centre Redevelopment and Satellite Yard Development Project to prospective proponents to submit proposals to become Professional Service Provider’s and Building Trades for this Project as further described in the RFP document. It is strongly recommended that Proponents review the RFP, its attachments, and the Bidding System and submit their questions well in advance of the Deadline for Questions to receive a timely response. * Electronic Submissions Only. Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * |

Redevelopment and Satellite Operations Facility Development including Waste Transfer Station IPD project:
- Electrical Team: Electrical Trade & Electrical Engineer to AECOM Canada Ltd & Wallwin Electric Services Ltd in the amount of $177,800.10.
- Civil Engineer to AECOM Canada Ltd. in the amount of $129,619.90.
- Mechanical Team: Mechanical Trade & Mechanical Engineer to AECOM Canada Ltd. & Kelson in the amount of $190,207.10.
- Structural Engineer – LEA Consulting Ltd. in the amount of $136,437.35.
